A Year in Review: Personal Injury Firm Craig, Kelley & Faultless

Since 1999, the attorneys and legal team at Craig, Kelley & Faultless have dedicated themselves to fighting for injured people and their families, helping them recover from the challenges that come with sudden serious injuries or the death of a loved one. Their efforts in truck accident law have improved the lives of clients and those who drive on the roads every day.

Throughout the year, members of the firm have been recognized for their achievements, educated peers in the legal industry, and built upon their expertise. Here is the firm’s year in review.

Seminars and Conferences

On August 4, 2025, Craig, Kelley & Faultless hosted the second annual “Winning Truck Wreck Cases” Seminar alongside the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, which featured speakers from the firm and other legal and trucking industry experts. Co-Founders David W. Craig and Scott A. Faultless chaired the seminar and several of the firm’s employees worked hard to plan the event and ensure the seminar was a success.

The day-long event was held at the Embassy Suites Noblesville Indianapolis conference center. Each of the speakers for the seminar specialized in either truck accident law, truck safety, or the trucking industry. The featured presenters came from several states, bringing in a wide variety of expertise for audiences to learn from.

Attendees consisted of attorneys and paralegals from across Indiana and out of state, all with the goal to expand their knowledge of trucking litigation and the trucking industry, as well as networking with colleagues in the field. They were given the chance to explore actual semi-truck rigs, hear from board-certified truck accident attorneys, and learn the intricacies of investigating a truck wreck case.

The next seminar will be held on August 10, 2026, at the same location.

In September, several attorneys and members of the firm’s legal team attended the annual Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) Symposium in Austin, Texas. The symposium is the biggest conference focusing solely on personal injury truck accident law. David presented at the conference, but several other members of the Craig, Kelley & Faultless legal team attended as further investment in their truck accident law expertise.

While at the ATAA Symposium in Texas, two of the firm’s paralegals, Carissa Swalls and Holly Hinds, took the exam for paralegals to achieve board-certification. Both paralegals are now Board-Certified by the ATAA in Trucking Litigation. Carissa and Holly worked hard to gain the experience and expertise necessary to achieve this certification. Completion of this certification reflects the value of their knowledge to the clients they work with.

Early in the year, each of the firm’s 10 attorneys were recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers for 2025.
