Listed among the top 100 Indiana lawyers, Chris believes that people whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries caused by someone else’s negligence deserve compassion, trusted guidance and a strong advocate. Chris is a skilled trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience.
Like his fellow attorneys at Craig, Kelley & Faultless, Chris understands that the right to a jury trial is a powerful equalizer when seeking to hold insurance companies and large corporations financially accountable. He is prepared to take cases to trial when insurers refuse to agree to fair settlements and going to court serves his clients’ best interests. In keeping with the firm’s focus, Chris represents people who are victims of accidents, never those who cause them. He shares the conviction that juries can make a difference in the community through their service and verdicts.
Since 2011, Chris has been listed as one of the top 100 Indiana lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association on an annual basis. He has also been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 trial lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Chris also is named by the Super Lawyers publication as a Top Rated Personal Injury Attorney in Indianapolis. He has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers as a legal Rising Star each year from 2012 through 2020. Only 2.5 percent of lawyers in Indiana are selected as Rising Stars.
