Truck Accident Attorney David W. Craig to Present at PIMCon 2025

The Personal Injury Mastermind Conference (PIMCon) is an annual curated event that allows personal injury attorneys to build their practice through learning from and networking with the “GOATs” of the personal injury legal industry. Attendees will hear from the best of the best to help them develop the tools, strategies, and insights necessary to improve their legal practice and marketability.

This year, Truck Accident Attorney and Managing Partner of Craig, Kelley & Faultless David W. Craig will be speaking at PIMCon in Scottsdale, Arizona from October 5 – 8, 2025.

“Marketing to Get Truck Accident Cases”

David’s presentation at PIMCon will focus on how to market your law firm specifically to get truck accident cases. Craig, Kelley & Faultless has focused its brand on the niche of truck accident law and fighting for victims of commercial motor vehicle wrecks.

Building a successful truck accident practice starts with obtaining the knowledge and expertise to handle these cases. Many personal injury lawyers advertise that they handle semi tractor-trailer cases when in fact they lack the knowledge and expertise necessary to successfully prosecute one of these claims. David will talk to the attendees at PIMCon about how important it is to learn the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Commercial Driver’s License Manuals, federal and state laws that deal with commercial motor vehicles, and the ins-and-outs of truck wreck cases.

It takes time to develop the expertise and knowledge to handle these cases. David would recommend teaming up with a Board-Certified truck accident attorney initially so you can learn the area and still maximize your client’s recovery. David W. Craig and his partner Scott A. Faultless are two of less than 100 attorneys in the United States that are board-certified in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, accredited by the American Bar Association.

The presentation will also cover two different marketing paths available to law firms once they have the expertise: business-to-business marketing or business-to-consumer marketing. Business-to-business consists of case referrals, co-counseling on cases, and depending on other firms. Business-to-consumer requires a larger marketing team, but it means you are marketing directly to clients instead of relying on other attorneys for cases. However, using both methods in tandem can prove beneficial as a whole.

David will also discuss how important it is to create content meant to help and educate potential clients—such as books, podcasts, and informative videos and blogs.

PIMCon began as the Personal Injury Mastermind podcast, which features personal injury law professionals contributing to the discussion of legal marketing and personal injury law. While the podcast still puts out new episodes on a regular basis, the concept evolved into a live event where attorneys can learn from the top marketers, lawyers, and experts in the personal injury legal industry.
