Five Attorneys at Craig Kelley and Faultless are 2021 Super Lawyers

Five attorneys with Craig, Kelley & Faultless, LLC have been selected as Indiana Super Lawyers or as Rising Stars for 2021.

Every year, Super Lawyers, a legal rating service that is part of Thomson Reuters, compiles lists of each state’s top lawyers in more than 70 practice areas. Super Lawyers uses a multi-part selection process that includes nomination by peers, independent research, and peer evaluation to identify attorneys who have attained a high degree of professional achievement and peer recognition. Only 5 percent of the attorneys in a state are recognized as Super Lawyers.

Attorney David W. Craig, the managing partner of Craig, Kelley & Faultless, has been selected as an Indiana Super Lawyer each year since 2011. A highly regarded trial attorney, David Craig is recognized as a 2021 Indiana Super Lawyer in the practice area of general personal injury, representing plaintiffs. David Craig often represents victims of truck accidents and other types of personal injury accidents.

Attorney Scott A. Faultless, a founding partner of the law firm, also was recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer in the practice area of general personal injury – plaintiffs. A native of Indiana, Faultless has appeared on the Super Lawyer list in 2011, 2012 and from 2015 though 2021.

Attorney William J. Kelley II, a founding partner, is listed as an Indiana Super Lawyer in the area of general personal injury – plaintiffs for 2020 and 2021. Kelley grew up in southeastern Indiana. After working as a lawyer for the Justice Department in Washington, D.C. for 10 years, Kelley and his wife returned to Indiana to raise their family. He manages the law firm’s Batesville office.

The list of Rising Stars compiled by Super Lawyers is an exclusive list that includes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys. The Rising Star designation typically is given to younger lawyers who have been in practice for less than 10 years.

Attorney Samantha Craig Stevens is listed for the third time on the list of Rising Stars among Indiana attorneys in the category of general personal injury. She is a 2015 graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She chose law as a career because she wanted to help others. Having grown up as the daughter of one of the law partners, she saw how the attorneys at Craig, Kelley & Faultless helped people. She has been recognized as a Rising Star from 2019-2021.

Attorney Alexander R. Craig was chosen as a 2021 Rising Star in the practice area of general personal injury. He graduated from Indiana University, obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Louis University’s John Cook School of Business and then graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2013.
