Nationally recognized and board-certified truck-wreck attorneys David W. Craig and Scott A. Faultless will be hosting their second “Winning Truck Wreck Cases” seminar in collaboration with the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association on August 4, 2025. Similar to last year’s seminar, the attorneys will be joined by colleagues with knowledge of truck accident law and the trucking industry, helping educate others in the personal injury field on how best to represent clients dealing with the aftermath of truck collisions.
About the Seminar
Semi-truck crashes happen every day. And while most truck operators and companies follow safety regulations, there are those in the industry that do not prioritize the welfare of other drivers on the roads. With companies finding more and more ways to cut corners, it’s highly likely that attorneys will have a personal injury case of this nature.
At the “Winning Truck Wreck Cases” seminar, attendees can expect to be walked through the complexities of truck collision cases, including the best strategies and tactics to utilize throughout the entire process. The event has been approved for seven CLE credits, one of which counts as an ethics credit. Register for the seminar today through the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association website.
