Nine attorneys from Craig, Kelley & Faultless have been chosen as 2026 Indiana Super Lawyers or Rising Stars honorees. David W. Craig, William J. Kelley II, Scott A. Faultless, Krysten M. LeFavour, Christopher Barry and Whitney Coker have all been included on this year’s Indiana Super Lawyers list. David has been named among the Top 50: 2026 Indiana Super Lawyers list again this year. Alexander Craig, Jacob Kotter, and Sidney Lewellen were chosen to the Rising Stars list.
Super Lawyers recognizes the top attorneys across the nation, covering a variety of firm sizes and practice areas. Selections are determined using a patented process of peer nominations and evaluations combined with independent research, selecting attorneys on an annual, state-by-state basis. Every candidate is evaluated by 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition.
Each year, only 5% of attorneys in Indiana are chosen as Super Lawyers honorees. Attorneys that are selected to the Rising Stars list are chosen using this same process, but they must be 40 years old or younger, in addition to practicing for 10 years or less. Those that are named Rising Stars honorees make up 2.5% of the lawyers in Indiana.
Those that are selected to the Top 50 Indiana Super Lawyers list, like David was this year, make up only a small fraction of the 5% of Super Lawyers honorees. Candidates with the highest “point” totals from the nomination and independent research portions of the selection process are chosen to serve on the Blue Ribbon Panel, who then evaluate the other candidates in their primary practice area. All candidates are reviewed by the Blue-Ribbon committee, and attorneys must have the highest level of reputation, results, and visibility to be chosen for the Top 50. Only a few of the attorneys selected to the Top 50 are plaintiff lawyers, including David.
Five of the previously mentioned attorneys were also recognized in the 2026 Edition of Best Lawyers®. Both David and Scott have been selected to the Indiana Super Lawyers list for several years. They are also Board-Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, accredited by the American Bar Association, and have been recognized as Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers (Indiana). The two partners also host the annual “Winning Truck Wreck Cases” seminar, which is presented by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Additionally, David is the best-selling author of Semitruck Wreck: A Guide for Victims and Their Families and It’s Never Been Easier to Hire the Wrong Attorney, as well as the host of the podcast After the Crash.
