Craig, Kelley & Faultless Attorney Licensed in Tennessee, the Firm’s Seventh State

The Indianapolis-based law firm Craig, Kelley & Faultless now has attorneys licensed to practice law in seven states. Attorney Sidney Lewellen was admitted into the Tennessee bar in early October.

Craig, Kelley & Faultless is comprised of 10 attorneys. Together, they are qualified to represent plaintiffs in:

  • Indiana
  • Missouri
  • Illinois
  • Ohio
  • Kentucky
  • Iowa
  • Tennessee

Sidney, who began practicing law one year ago, was admitted to the Iowa bar in June. Tennessee is the third state in which she is licensed. Prior to her work as an attorney, Sidney studied at Indiana University McKinney School of Law and graduated second in her class.

Alongside other attorneys, Sidney helps truck wreck victims through the most difficult periods of their lives and holds people and companies accountable for their actions. She handles discovery matters, drafts legal briefs and talks to new clients.

Sidney’s work at Craig, Kelley & Faultless fulfills her lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer. She grew up in Columbia City, Indiana, and earned her undergraduate degree in philosophy from Ball State University.

Attorneys at Craig, Kelley & Faultless share a drive, not just to succeed, but to grow. With each new state, the firm can represent victims across the country and advocate against dangerous trucking practices.

The law firm is headquartered in Indianapolis and handles serious injury and wrongful death cases throughout the state. It has several offices in Indiana. With respect to the other states it serves, it primarily handles semi and heavy truck accidents.
