Since the beginning of 2026, Managing Partner of Craig, Kelley & Faultless David W. Craig has executed multiple plans to expand the law firm’s reach to potential clients and the motoring public. Now, as we come to the end of this year’s first quarter, the firm is proud to share these recent developments.
Over the past few months, the firm launched the Semi Crash Map, a program created to educate the public about current truck accident trends, and secured a new office location in Evansville, Indiana. We are so excited to finally see these projects come to fruition.
Semi Crash Map
While drinking a margarita in Texas, David was struck with an idea: is there a way to share current truck wreck data with the general public? As a truck accident attorney, David helps victims of truck accidents every day and provides the public with educational tools to help increase awareness, including his podcast and bestselling books. His newest project, Semi Crash Map, is another avenue to provide the public with up-to-date information about truck accidents and how they affect people every day.
Once the federal government releases annual truck wreck data to the public, it is already outdated. It can take two years for the federal government to compile and disseminate this information, meaning the most recent statistics we have are from 2023. But in that missing gap of data, the rate of wrecks and related deaths and injuries have increased, and the public could be using current statistics to adapt their driving practices according to recent accident trends.
In 2025, David began working on the Semi Crash Map project along with the firm’s Principle Senior Program Software Developer Nick Perin. The Semi Crash Map is an interactive map that tracks truck wrecks in near-real-time using information from news outlets, police reports and other sources. Each marker of the map includes details about the wreck, when and where it occurred, and additional information that may be helpful for users. The map is also equipped with several filters and a search feature, allowing users to choose a specific street or roadway to view or change the date range for the accidents they would like to see.
This preliminary data can help the general public monitor and understand current accident trends, but it can also provide helpful information to other attorneys and law firms who can benefit from access to this data.
Evansville Office
While Craig, Kelley & Faultless is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the firm has offices all across the state and in St. Louis, Missouri, to provide services for victims of semi and other heavy truck wrecks. But with Indiana ranking among the top 10 deadliest states for truck wrecks, David believed it was time to expand the firm’s reach to help more people. Now, in addition to locations in Avon, Richmond, Batesville and the south side of Indianapolis, we are proud to announce we are opening an office in Evansville, Indiana.
With the firm handling more truck accident cases in the Evansville area, the new location will provide attorneys with a local space to meet with clients, prepare for trial, run focus groups and more. This expansion also provides members of the Evansville community with access to two of Indiana’s four attorneys who are board-certified in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, giving them the opportunity to hire the best attorney for their case.
The Evansville office will be located 1343 North Tudor Lane, Suite B and will open by the end of March.
