Like most people, our clients prefer not to have to go to trial. In fact, most of our clients would prefer to not hire an attorney. Usually the only reason they hire us is because the insurance company involved has treated them unfairly. We will make every effort to settle our client's case so that a trial can be avoided. Unfortunately, there are a few insurance companies who are intentionally refusing to pay what is fair in an attempt to force people to accept less than what the law says injured people are entitled. These multi billion dollar insurance companies do not care what is fair. They have the money and the attorneys to fight. If the insurance companies refuse to be fair, CRAIG, KELLEY & FAULTLESS will go to trial on behalf of the injured person. At trial, the jury is never told that the person being sued has insurance, despite the fact that we would not be in trial if there were not an insurance company involved. We will fight for the rights of the injured. We never represent insurance companies. We never file frivolous lawsuits or represent people who are not hurt.
